Terms and Conditions for voucher purchases
Location : Voucher purchases may only be redeemed at Church Street Therapy Rooms, Maidstone, Kent. The clinic is on the first floor and unfotunately, there is no disabled access.
Consultations : We will give you an in depth and through consultation when you arrive for your initial procedure which is included in your voucher price, however, we understand that some people may wish to have a seperate consultation prior to their initial procedure. The cost of a seperate in person consultation is not included in your voucher price. If a prior consultation is required, we will be more than happy to accommodate you however, there will be a £25 fee to pay in advance of the consultation, please note that all separate consultations are paid in full at the time of booking by email invoice and are non refundable.
Booking Deposits : You will need to provide the SECURITY CODE from your voucher at the time of booking and this will act as your deposit for your procedure. This will be required to secure your appointment and will be redeemed immediately. We reserve the right to withhold any vouchers in the event we are unable to perform a treatment. It is advisable that you allow enough time to complete your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Booking deposits (or voucher code details) received are verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions, in the event of any cancellation.
Cancellation Policy : We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to give adequate notice for a cancellation or last minute rescheduling of your appointment will result in the redemption and loss of your voucher. You will need to purchase a new voucher or pay a deposit if you wish to make a new appointment. Refunds will only be given if 48 hours cancellation notice is provided. Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email at email@example.com
Late Arrivals: please be on time for your appointment. Late arrival to your scheduled appointment may result in your technician being unable to carry out your procedure due to time constraints and this may result in the loss of your deposit/voucher.
Retouches : All Semi Permanent Makeup and Microblading procedures require a second application (retouch) appointment 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure. This is not optional as all new procedures require a minimum of two applications. The cost of this appointment is £80 per area per appointment and must be paid for in advance at the initial procedure appointment. Payments may be made by cash or card on the day.
Patch Tests : A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This can be posted to you along with instructions and a medical questionnaire. Please note that a lead time of 72 hours/3 days will be required to post the information to you and allow enough time to complete the patch test ahead of your appointment. In some cases an intradermal patch test may be required, if so this will need to be done in person 48 hours ahead of your appointment and will cost £25, this fee is non refundable.
Age Restrictions : We are unable to perform treatments on Minors. The minimum age for a procedure is 18. Minors are not permitted on the premises due to insurance reasons. There are no child care facilities at any of our locations. Please ensure you arrange adequate child care before committing to an appointment as children will not be permitted inside the treatment room and last minute cancellations will result in the loss of any vouchers purchased.
Privacy: We are committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only the client and technician will be permitted to be in the treatment room during the procedure.
Previous Semi Permanent Makeup : If you have had Semi Permanent Makeup done before then please be aware that this may affect whether or not we can continue with your procedure. Whether it be a fresh enhancement or an older one that has not had any recent work done to it, it is our policy that an in person consultation is attended so that we can establish the correct course of treatment to ensure the best possible result. This is not included in your voucher price, costs £25 and will be invoiced for separately via email.
Semi Permanent Makeup is designed to fade and lighten over time and even if regularly retouched can sometimes leave an undesirable tone in the skin such as a purplish, greyish or pinky orangey hue. Unfortunately, in these cases, it is not simply just a case of designing a new brow over the top. Old pigment in the skin will need to be corrected or even lightened/removed before a new brow can be designed. We do offer correction and removal of Semi Permanent Makeup at an additional cost. We are happy to discuss options with you. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
Health Conditions : Some health conditions may require a Doctors consent to proceed. If you have a health condition or are taking any medications, it is very important that you mention this when making your enquiry so that we can provide you with a Doctors consent form for you to take to your GP. Certain health conditions may mean that you are not a suitable candidate for Semi Permanent Makeup. Please ensure that you advise us of any Medical conditions or medications that you are taking whether holistic, over the counter or prescribed.
